ACTIVITIES

1. At first I was given the proper knowledge regarding the types of disabilities in
children.
2. I was given proper knowledge about the initiatives taken by NGO for Disabled
children.
3. We were made to learn a bit about sign language for better communication with the
children.
4. How much they have learnt regarding academics and how we can make that more
interesting.
5. We made them identify animals, fruits, vegetables through miniatures and through
actions.
6. Taught them how to draw different things with craft papers.
7. Made them draw shapes, colour them and identify them.
8. Danced and played games with the kids.
9. Celebrated Christmas and distributed cakes, chocolates and small gifts to them.
10. Used to conduct air blowing activity daily for atleast 5 mins.

Monday Reported at the ngo at 9:30, met the children of nursery class and had an
4/12/17 interaction session with them.

Tuesday We talked with the class teacher of the children and tried to understand what
5/12/17 special treatment these children require and a little interaction with them.

Wednesday
We started with the alphabets & hindi varnmal writing and identification.

Thursday We had a little fun with numbers, we drew a few things on the board and made
7/12/17 them count and after that we made them identify the body parts through chart.

We taught them how to draw pictures using numbes for example, sawn from,

cat from 8 etc.

Saturday On Saturdays they have half day and it is no studies day so we played some
