Competent Leadership Manual Project Goals

• Take your CL book to every meeting. You can get one role evaluated at each meeting.
• You do NOT have to do EVERY role in each project to complete the project. Look carefully at what
you need to do to complete the project.
• Contact your VP Education and request you be assigned the roles you need to complete your projects.
• When you are filling a role at a meeting, request another member fill out your evaluation in your CL
manual on how well you performed your role. The evaluation is usually silent and conducted at the
conclusion of the meeting or immediately after the meeting.
• Keep this record in your CL manual to help you easily keep track of what roles you need to finish your
CL manual. Each time you complete a role, mark it off on the checklist on the reverse side.
• You can complete one CL manual per club per year to meet TI club goals #5 & #6.
