As the first national convening of its kind, KQTcon
KQ aims to build upon this growing momentum by bringing our voices together and unifying our movement. Over this three-day convening, we will focus on the themes of family acceptance, mental health, and faith communities. We will learn from one another about what challenges we have encountered and how we can face them together. 100-150 individuals representative of the following groups: • LGBTQ people of Korean descent • Parents and family members of LGBTQ Koreans • Allies and friends of LGBTQ Korean community, including but not limited to: • Members of faith institutions in the Korean community, mental health providers p serving LGBTQ Koreans, and advocates
