full design and implementation phase, it is critical to diagnose the legal status of a particular property
and make sure that your investment can be implemented in accordance with specific permitting rules

According to the Romanian law, any construction requires a building permit, which further
requires completing a set of administrative procedures. The building permit is issued based on
specialized urban planning documentation and with the approval of all authorities and utility suppliers,
as required in the town planning certificate. Furthermore due to the restitution process in Romania, the
judicial status of buildings and land is not always clear. We will always carry out proper, due diligence
and create an optimal development scenario that will benefit the investor.
