What we do ??
- Structural Design Courses
- BIM Engineering Courses
- Structural and BIM Engineering Services
Concept of statical system •
- How to put statical system and study its effects
- Code recommendations for preliminary
sections of elements •
* Preparing Robot file
- units and format
- codes
- preparing cad drawings to export to Robot
* Define stories
- create stories with different heights
- how to modify heights of stories
- how to add or delete stories with different ways
* Robot modeling
- modeling of beams
- modeling of slabs ( flat – solid – hollow block )
- modeling of cores and shear walls
* Gravity loads
- define of load cases and load types and applying
them to the model.
* Fast check of the model
- Modify properties of the various structural elements
- check materials of the elements
- model verification
- how to fix different types of warnings you may find in Robot
* Meshing options and techniques
* Define supports
- define of supports and first run of the model
* Use result connect to calculate preliminary sections of columns
* Define of lateral loads ( Earthquake )
- static loads
- seismic loads
- response spectrum method
* Check irregularities
-horizontal irregularities
. Torsional irregularity
. Re-entrant corners
. Diaphragm discontinuity
. Out-of-plane offsets
. Nonparallel systems
-vertical irregularities
. Stiffness irregularity—soft story
. Weight (mass) irregularity
. Vertical geometric irregularity
. In-plane discontinuity in vertical lateral-force-resisting element
. Discontinuity in capacity—weak story
* Check drift ( structural and architectural ) •
* Design of main elements
- Design of beams
- Design of columns
- Design of slabs
- Design of raft
- Design of core and shear walls

* Here there is no specified orders to learn
* Here we have a workshop to model , analyze and design an entire
project using Robot and Revit as follows:-
1- we have an architectural project to monitor and coordinate with
it ( full coordination )
2- create statical system on Revit and analytical model to export to
Robot .
3- put different types of loads and supports on Revit before
exporting to Robot.
4- solve several errors you may face before , during and after
exporting Revit model to Robot .
5- Check Robot model after exporting Revit model to Robot before
analysis begins
6- put seismic loads on robot
7- model calculation
8- design all elements in the project ( floors-beams-columns-
footing )
9- export designed elements to Revit again.
10- create full project design drawings on Revit.
Not only you will study a diploma , but also we will tell you
how to pass Autodesk Certified Professional Exam in Revit
(ACP)
*We will help you to solve :-
- Full 2015 exam
- Full 2017 exam
- Other questions you may face in your
exam and how to solve them.
