● Visit somewhere new with your whole family and take a family portrait (picture with the
family).
● Print out the photo and paste it on the worksheet. Write 1-2 paragraphs to explain
WITH DETAILS where the picture was taken, introduce your family to the class, and
write what you were feeling when the photo was taken.

Create a Google Slides and post on Google Classroom. Each page should include the
following WITH DETAILS: where the picture was taken, introduce your family to the
class, and write what you were feeling when the photo was taken.
❏ Family Recipe
● Ask your family for a traditional family recipe. It can be your favorite food that your
family cooks for you or an old family recipe that has been passed down. Cook the family
recipe together with your family. Take a picture of the food and another picture of
your family enjoying the food together.
● Fill out the family recipe card (include the recipe name, who the recipe is from,
ingredients, and instructions on how to cook it). Then, write 1-2 paragraphs about the
experience.
