REFLECTION PAPER

After the ECE road show ends I gather some knowledge and understanding about how I can
manage my career in the future, how can I innovate my skill as a successful engineer in the near
future. A Knowledge and skill that I can use in my career

In the 1st day of the road show there was an opening ceremony lead by the president of
technological institute of the Philippines Dr. Elizabeth Quirino-Lahoz, there was an inspiring talk
coming from Mrs. President that tells us how grateful she is as the president of TIP after the
ceremony the ECE team lead us to the seminar room where career talk seminar happens in this
seminar many engineer and successful business man talks about their life and how they achieve
their status and success in their lives it was very inspiring talk coming from them it gives me
some motivation and insight in my career after graduation.

In the 2nd day of the ECE road show the ideation workshops happen. In this workshop some
participant was came from other school this workshop was led by the ece faculty member Engr.
John joel Martinez, the ideas coming from the students that participate in the workshop will be
granted some prizes for their work, the workshop has a ECE students a higher year that led or
guide some student in their innovation idea, then there was a mock job interview that enhance
the higher year in their career, this mock job interview is a very good practice for a student
before they reach their goal as an ECE graduate this will help them to think of an idea in their
future career. I don’t have the chance to participate in the mock job interview for the reason I
have many back subject in my 4th year standing.

And Lastly the Final day of ECE road show, in this final day of the event there was a pitching
competition coming from the participant in the ECE road show exhibit there was difference
topics coming from different program they are there to shop to impress the judge and to tell
the people about their work about their innovation, this pitch fest was successful and
astonishing. The ideas’ coming from different groups was great and mindful for listeners.

And finally the ECE recognition this event was the finale of the day of ECE roadshow it will
giving award and certificates for the participants, faculties, student, and guess

This ECE roadshow was quietly successful it was fun to be part of it until next year I hope it will
happen again, for the future students of TIP and for the new Upcoming ECE 1 st years
