Managing Partner
The role of the managing partner is to help the coffee shop to operate in a way that it
would produce more profit while contemplating the positive relationship among partners and
customers. These will lead the firm into more productive and innovative. These can obtain
through planning and undertaking administrative action to ensure the profitable operation of the
business and to conform to the agreement of partnership and the policy system.
Create public awareness of the business
Continues plans and review of the Coffee shop business by applying the new
findings in the coffee shop to invite more customer and increase revenue
Communicates to the costumer to distinguish what is the area of services needs
for improvements
Monitor the services provided by the equipments to ensure that it will provide a high-quality
coffee for the consumers
Barista
18-25 years old
High School graduate and at least 2nd year college level
Willing to work in any shifting time
Courteous, good communication skills, and customer service oriented
Approachable and can handle customer concerns and complain effectively
Salary – 10,000
Cashier
Handle cash and accounts for all payment
Oversee and handle daily receipt from all of the purchase merchandise in the
store.
In charge for keeping all the essential documents.
Salary – 47.75/ hour
Staff
Will serve and handle all costumers complain efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the store before and after the days operation
Responsible for the ordered merchandise
Working hours are set to be 6:00am up to 11pm. This can be change according to the season but
will not be less than 10hours a day.

The following are the guidelines and policies that must be observe to ensure the harmonious
operation of the business.
Operational Policy
1. Business hours will start at 6am and ends up 10pm from Mondays to Sundays
2. Cleanliness should be observe
3. Waste should be properly disposed
4. There should be a receipt issued in every transactions
5. Purchases for the month are paid in the following month
6. The managing partner should ensure a smooth operation
Employee Policy
1. Working hours will start at 6am and ends at 10pm from Mondays to Sundays
2. Employees should arrive on time for there to clean the premises before customer arrive
3. Eating and drinking during work hours should be prohibited
4. Form of any communication device should be avoided during work hours
5. Twenty minutes late is equal to one tardiness and four tardiness is equal to one day absent
6. Salaries and wages are given on 15th and 30th of the month
Consumer Policy
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the establishment
2. Noise should be kept at a tolerance level
3. Complaints are entertained only inside the store
4. Do not leave any valuable things unattended.
