## In case of Cases [Judicial decisions] as project topics, students are expected to cover the following:
(a). Analysis of the fact of the case;
(b). Finding out the issues of the cases;
(c). Find out the relevant sections of the Indian contract Act in the said case and explain;
(d). Find out the Ratio of the case;
(e). Critical Analysis of the decision of the case and your own view about the decision;
(f). Make a list of other judgments which are referred in the case and also analyse these cases.
