Systems Analysis Report Format

I. Title Page
This page should include:

Assessment of Accounter
Systems Analysis Report

Also, the page should include group name, group members’ names, date reported, and professor’s
name. Please use the official header of UPHSD-CBAA.
II. Background of the report
This should include a brief background of the manual accounting preparation, Accounting Information
System, and Accounter.
III. Objectives and Scope
State objectives of the report to assess the difference of manual to automated FS, and your assessment
on the usability of Accounter. Scope should state that the report is only limited to manual preparation
and through Accounter using a sample accounting practice set.
IV. Manual Financial Statement
You may use manual preparation through balance sheet papers, Microsoft Word, Excel or any related
application that solely have manual activities. FS must only include the following:
• Statement of Financial Position
• Statement of Comprehensive Income
• Statement of Changes in Equity
• Statement of Cash Flow
V. Accounter Financial Statement
FS must only include from the Accounter web application of the following:
• Statement of Financial Position
• Statement of Comprehensive Income
• Statement of Changes in Equity
• Statement of Cash Flow
VI. Conclusions
Based on stated objectives and scope, state your assessment on the difference of manual to automated
FS, and your assessment to Accounter.
VII. Recommendations
You may either recommend to use Accounter, or use another program based on your research. You
may also state any problems or commendations encountered in Accounter and provide your
recommendations.
