THE NATIONAL PENSIONS ACT

Regulations made by the Minister, after consultation with the Board, under sections
42A and 46 of the National Pensions Act

1. These regulations may be cited as the National Pensions (Increase in Pensions)

(Amendment) Regulations 2015.

2. In these regulations —

“principal regulations” means the National Pensions (Increase in Pensions) Regulations

2011.

3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set
out in the Schedule to these regulations.

4. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2014.
