If you read Aparajita sloka of Vishnu god you find a request from the reader to
protect him from all troubles say negativity.
We can say him the king of energies.

Nikam Guruji or Surve sir think Gayatri devi is Vishnu only and he only has
propagated Hath yoga.
They celebrate gayatri sadhana to the maximum possible extent in their Shree
Ambika yoga kutir, Mumbai.
bandhur ātmātmanas tasya
yenātmaivātmanā jitaḥ
anātmanas tu śatrutve
vartetātmaiva śatru-vat
God says
For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one
who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.

God say you simply ask your mind –what is good or bad-Your good mind only truly
guides you

Then how 84000 postures developed.

That is the urge of our mind.

Your mind guides you to the best possible happiness and success for you.
Many new postures I could develop for that.
One posture prevailed with many yoga people. Nobody first taught me that. But my
mind urged me to do on its own without any guidance that is Vyaghra
vrischikasana.
How to protect your head.
The mind enquired.
That mind only answered if you can take your legs up your head being head
position above the ground.
That’s how I tried to practice that and got it.

My mind always urged me to write on yoga and at least to practice yoga enough.
Out of many options you get from your mind you have to choose the good.
Otherwise bad will happen to you.

Swami Ramdev Baba’s medicines are not only good but also cheap-I found

My new project---As I am getting idle time I want to translate my unpublished

book into odiya language-
I would start the project very soon.
At least I am engaged in to constructive health field only.
In Berhampur I would type into odiya and through mail I would turn that into an
odiya book.The whole process may need 6 months of time.

Finally a teaching by a Sadhu from Sadhubani-Odiya TV programme-
In Odiya it is told
Pandit Ahankari jebe
Murkha bujhae budhi tebe.

Means a learned, highly skilled wise man if forgets into ego he does mistakes and
fools teach him lesson.
A learned man thinking himself the greatest wise took a hymn from a saint as to
how to walk on the water for practicing.
While chanting that he saw another illiterate boat man chanting that wrong.
He went back to the saint and complained regarding the wrong chanting of the
illiterate boat man.
Don’t put your mind into that –The saint advised.
Do your own work.
But the learned man went to the illiterate boatman and warned him the bad
consequence of wrong chanting.
The illiterate man did not say anything and after sometime the learned man found
the illiterate man walking on the water.
God taught a lesson to the learned for his own ego –the story tells
