E.M. wave changes the AETHER’s permittance.
Test - With this simple capacitor bridge is then possible to detect indirectly the
perturbation of aether. And measure the permittance’s rise.

An OP17 - very low noise differential amplifier - compares the voltage across two
equal capacitors and feedback resistors that is balanced for zero volt output.
When the capacitor of 10 nF is added to 6,8 microF the bridge unbalances , the
output increases of a step of 0,2 Volts. This is a marker to quantify the effect of
Poynting’s flux.
Experiment - A cell’s buzz is irradiated on one capacitor of the two equal - one
external , unshielded capacitors of 6,8 microFarad of large dimensions (the other
shielded internal of the metallic box: the output suddenly rises from zero to +4
Volts, twice during every cycle of electromagnetic oscillation as stated by squared
sin law. (see fig 3)

Measure: then the equivalent capacitor instantaneously adds 2 microFarad to 6,8 3
nominal. During this instant the permittance – vacuum’ s absolute dielectric
coefficient ε - changes of about the 30%, then the capacitance rise so.
So two positive pulses per cycle appear at the output, that integrated by time
constant of the circuit so every low frequency amplifier can detect the modulation.
