The study used Non – Probability sampling technique which is the Purposive or Judgemental
Sampling as well as the voluntary sampling. The nurse in the clinic of the BNHS and some of the
Research Instrument
An interview was used in gathering and collecting the datas needed by the researcher. We
used unstructured interview. Since the nurse was out of the school , we interviewed her through
the use of mobile phones. But still, she allowed us, the researchers, to go inside the clinic and ask
her assistant to go with what ever we ask about this study. We also asked some of our fellow
students and teachers in senior high school to answers some of our questions about how they react
