I. INTRODUCTION

In the world today, people cannot live without technologies such as televisions, mobile
phones, computers and others. These technologies have slowly taken an essential part in
people’s day-to-day lives and being without them would be unimaginable for some of us. or
companies, progress is saving in time and therefore in money. Exchanges are faster especially
with the internet. Sales and purchases are now facilitated and possible worldwide.
My team decided to create a website that helps jobless people. At this rate 75.7
percent; unemployed rate. Mostly those people are; Out of School Youth, Fresh graduates
whom are working outside their profession, working students whom like to have an extra
income and lastly for those people whom interested on trying a new field.

II. Rationale

This proposed system is for the users who are in need of job. Our target is for the users
to find a suitable job given to their classification. Time management is the key to our system.
Our goal for those who are seeking a job is to give them opportunities given the less time and
hassle free. For the recruiters, they can find those suitable for their desired needs. We did this
due to our observation that many are those who are struggling in finding suitable jobs. Given
this idea we included a person to person review to have our client’s suggestions on how or
what do we need to keep our app to users preferences.

III. Ideation Process

An effective system provides essential feedback to a public from its users. It serves as a quick,
easy, hassle free and efficient means on solving the common problem and improving
customer service. It provides assurance to users that the job their seeking can be met fairly
and easy and for the recruiters to find employees.

So this system, we reduce the users time spent in finding a job manually.

IV. Concepts and Principles

This system helps both the job seekers and recruiters in finding the right organization
for the employees. In the case of the job seekers, according to their educational qualification.
And to the recruiter, provides the suitable candidates.

Is one of Asia’s leading online employment marketplaces. Helping facilitate the
matching and communication of job opportunities between jobseekers and employers, in
Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Innovation

There are many online job sites. Our system has advantages from the other sites in
terms of user’s customization, surveys on the user to find the suitable jobs they are finding.
The Recruiters will have the advantage to find suitable candidates because of the premium
feature they acquired. Our system is for the benefit of the jobseekers as well as the recruiters.

V. Market

In this industry there are a lot of competitors. We need to find way to introduce
our system to the users. The way we want it is to advertise our system to user
in a form for fliers, banners and the internet. We want our users to be at ease
in using our system that is why we added discounts on premium users/clients.
