Change Sphere is launched with an objective to drive innovation in Operations & Maintenance. The
program aims at nurturing a culture of innovation at workplace which will result in incremental
innovations and better project execution.
1. Provide a platform where ideas can be captured, shared, evaluated, and rated.
2. Empower everyone to contribute to the innovation process and encourage great ideas.
3. Align worthy ideas to specific organizational strategies.
Role of committee:
1. HR Team
HR will be the initiator of this program; they will ensure that all the information is sent through
mode of communication. They will also ensure that people are motivated to share their stories
and ideas by sending them mailer. The Announcements on reward and recognitions will also be
done by them.
2. Core Committee - K P Narayanan, Kaushik Ganguly, Shankar Kulkarni, Shyam Gujarathi &
Anurag Chincholkar
Core committee will evaluate all the ideas and stories sent by you in terms of quality of ideas
and stories and also to ensure we all are working within values & compliance of our company.
Accordingly Ideas will be short listed by core committee.
