In 2017 I moved to Helsinki from Saint Petersburg, Russia. I am searching for
the career opportunities in tourism, hospitality and event management.
Currently, I am broadening my skills studying tourism and event
management at Haaga-Helia UAS.

AppFollow is a start-up company offering mobile application updates and
reviews monitoring services. My tasks were:

- customer support through Intercom platform, solving technical and


payment problems;
- implementing marketing campaigns to convert free accounts to
premium.

2016 - 2017 S AL E S M A N AG E R – RestAdviser, Saint Petersburg


The company offers its services to restaurants in Saint Petersburg. The main
product was an online table reservation system. My duties included:

- searching for new customers, meeting them and making them


interested in the reservation system;
- maintaining relationships with the existing customers and collecting the
feedback and suggestions concerning the system.

The company offered marketing consulting services to other companies
from different fields. Over the years I worked with multiple projects:

- designing a task management system into the company's CRM system;


- redesigning customer's order management system and corporate site;
- planning and implementing successful marketing strategies for dozen
different customers (including company's branding, designs of logo,
brochures and promo-sites, offers content and frequency, marketing
analytics).

The company's main product was a CRM.
- My main task was searching for new customers through marketplaces
and address books. By the end of my working period I managed to raise
the number of customers by 30% and the company's profit - by 20%.
