Greetings of peace!

First and foremost, allow me to thank our Heavenly Father for the wonderful gift of life that
He has given us to witness this day. It is really a remarkable day, to be able to see and feel
the love of the Lord shine upon us all. True enough, “The LORD has done great things for us;
We are glad, Psalm 126:3.”

Secondly, let me congratulate our church, Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish, for marking
another year of the Lord. Throughout the country’s history, our religious beliefs have been a
cornerstone of our communities. Our deep faith in the Lord has protected and sheltered us
away from the dangers of this sinful world. Now, on this noteworthy occasion, we are again
reminded that each of us have the power to create a better world for ourselves and our
children when we do God’s work here on Earth.

For the past 25 years, Our Mother of Perpetual Help has assured us of the loving concern and
tenderness that our Blessed Mother has for us, and her ardent desire to be a source of
perpetual help to all who call upon her. She has evidently shown us the glory and
benevolence of the Lord. In times of difficulty and hardships, people look to the church for
spiritual guidance. And the parish has always welcomed its fervent people with open door,
with open ear and with open and loving arms.

To date, it has been a long journey but we keep counting the blessings of the Lord. His grace
is sufficient to us as a church. Our religious community has been a tower of strength in our
city. And with that, I would like to applaud each and everyone of you for participating in this
worthwhile endeavor to make this journey a success.

To Rev. Fr. , you have influenced the lives of many through your preaching and teaching, and
you are commended for your exemplary leadership and distinguished service to this parish.
May your actions and works, as well as those of our religious organizations, be continuously
guided by the Holy Spirit. On behalf of the people of Agoncillo, I am very elated to extend my
best wishes for many more years in the ministry.

Today, we celebrate the 25th Consecration Anniversary of Our Mother of Perpetual Help
Parish. I want to thank Rev. Fr. And the members of our religious organizations for their
commitment to serve and their unrelenting efforts to profess the Word of the Lord. I would
also like to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone in this church, for your generous
contributions are never in vain. Let us all take great pride in the fact that we are able to
continue the traditions, the learnings, and the teachings of the Lord that has so enriched our
whole community.

You have my best wishes as you rejoice with this triumphant celebration.
