iolisurf Consortium

The IOLISURF consortium consists of 9 partners, coming from

5 European countries. It includes three SMEs (SOLVIONIC,
GALVANICA, CABRO), three research centres (INSTM,
IST, CRANFIELD), two large companies (NP, MERCK) and
a company specialised in the administrative and financial
management of EU programs (ALMA).

Commission through the Sixth Research Framework
Programme for Research and Technological Development
(FP6, 2002-2006) at a level of 1.594.484 euros (for a total
budget of 2.495.702 euros). The IOLISURF project addresses
the thematic area “Nanotechnologies and nano-sciences,
knowledge-based multifunctional materials and new
production processes and devices”. The project has been
started on 1st January 2006 and will last 36 months.
