Miniature Fasteners
Many thread styles are available in sizes as small as M0.5 (#0000). These miniature
fasteners (sizes M0.5 to M2.5) provide the same cold formed quality and precision as their
larger counterparts. Sems fasteners in many of these sizes are also available.

Sems Fasteners
Many fasteners are available as assemblies with captivated washers, collars, specialized
stampings or other components.

Ball Studs & Ball Stud Housings


Cold formed ball studs and ball stud housings provide the precision, strength and reliability you assembly requires.

• Cold formed to near-net shape
• CNC machining and other secondary operations are
used to meet tight tolerance requirements and improve
performance
• Ball studs up to 2¾” in diameter upset with 1⅝” body
