Two identical rotating mechanisms
revolving in opposite directions provides a
rectilinear stroke movement.
The material on the vibrating device moves
due to the fact that the vertical movement of
the base is quicker than that produced by the
gravitational pull. Therefore the material

movement in the direction of the movement

The stroke angle of free synchronizing

9. TROUBLESHOOTING
In spite of careful operation of the vibrating device according to instruction, as well as of
careful quality control in the production of the vibrating device, different failures may
turn up in the vibrating device and the process associated with it.

The following presents some possible failures and their corrective procedures.
