The program will run from Monday to Friday. The program is for children aged 5-12
years only. Activity times are strictly 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please be on time.*Payment
is DUE before program commences, children will need to be booked in and
pre-paid to secure a spot on the holiday program. (Max 30 per day)* As with
previous holiday programs the attendance on excursions is on a first come first
served basis. All extra children will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated if
at all possible. Unless otherwise stated, children should bring a cut lunch and a large
drink. Please pay particular attention to the needs that are required for each
excursion and ensure they are met with accordingly. It is COMPULSORY for all
children attending the holiday program to be members of the Bridgewater PCYC;
this is an additional $10.00 which covers the child until the end of the year. All
registrations are to be done prior to the commencement of the holiday program.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

The code of behavior document allows us to refuse care for children displaying
unacceptable behavior and to call parents in to take the child home. Please ensure
to tell staff if your child/children require medication throughout the day. A confidential
journal is kept at the club when medication is given, stating at what time medication
was given and witnessed and co signed by another worker. Children who display
unacceptable behavior will not be able to take part in activities at the Centre. This is
for the safety and comfort of the staff and children. Appropriate notification will be
given to parents. Enrolment forms with emergency contact numbers must be filed in
prior to the child taking part in an activity. The Bridgewater Police & Community
Youth Club will not be responsible for any personal items brought on the Holiday
Program. Children bringing items do so at their own risk.

Descritpion of event: A fun day at Woody’s Skate ‘N’ Play, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD/REN WEAR
SOCKS so that they don’t miss out on playing. Park afterwards (weather dependant)

TUESDAY 17/04/2018 Bowling Time Depart: 10:00am

Description of event: Come and enjoy a game of bowling and see how many strikes you can get against
your friends at the AMF Bowling Centre in Moonah. Park afterwards (weather dependant) A meal combo
included in the game of bowling

WEDNESDAY 18/04/2018 Croc’s Play Centre/Park Time Depart: 10:00am

Descritpion of event: A few hours spent at Croc’s Play Centre followed by a trip to Montrose Park (weather
depending) PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD/REN WEAR SOCKS so that they don’t miss out on playing.

Descritpion of event: You will have so much fun at Inflatable World; there is a whole range of different
inflatable equipment to use and get stuck to. Park afterwards (weather dependant)

drink, a hat & SOCKS if your child/ren doesn’t have socks they will be unable to participate in the activity,
there is a kiosk available at the venue Cost: $20.00

TUESDAY 24/04/2018 Zone 3/Park Time Depart: 10:00am

Staffing Ratio: 1:6 Risk Plan þ Initial Time Return : 2:00-2:30pm

Descritpion of event: Morning tea at Cornelian Bay (weather pending) drive to Zone 3 and play 3 games
each group, once games are finished head back to PCYC.

Descritpion of event: A day full of fun things to do you can have a go on the little or big inflatble water slide,
try the inflatable obstacles or just have a swim with friends.
