GA Management System is a frontend application for viewing reports. The main objective of the project is to recreate
client friendly reports in various formats, using crystal environment taking the inputs from the existing reports in GA
Management System. The existing detailed reports thus generated are used in analysing the monthly/quarterly sales
volumes and to assess the company’s overall growth and to give the client an overview of the business.

Responsibilities:

 Analyzed the existing reports in GA Management System.


 Written new queries on the DB based on reports in GA and extracted the data to excel and given to the
client.
 Performed required testing to make sure the data is correct when cross checked with the existing reports or
DB.
 Again Created new reports in the WEBI Rich Client.
 Created new reports in the Crystal Environment.
 Done required testing.
 Published &scheduled the reports as per client requirement.
 Bursting the reports.

Description:
BEHR is a chain of outlets with a wholesale and retail market in States and Canada along with southern Europe,
China and Chile. The business is concentrated on the Paint Sales and Marketing along with a R&D Center on the
CSAT improvement plan and the trend analysis, future prospective for sustaining and becoming the leading Paint
Manufacturer in the entire States and other parts of the world.
The main objective of project is to generate user based reports for analysing the Sales reports with respect to each
quarter/Adhoc basis/Monthly in each country, Location and Area. Drill down reports are also in placed to get an
understanding of the product’s sales and their trends, creation of BO reports on existing BEx queries and other
required DataMarts.

Responsibilities:

 Worked on SAP BO universe, WEBI Rich Client, Infoview,XCELSIUS, live office,BI Launch Pad, DashBoard
Design tool, IDT.
 Worked with Upgrading team(from SAP BO XI to SAP BI 4.0) on validations with earlier version.
 Exported the universes to the Repository to make resources available to the users.
 Created reports for various requirements using the Universes on top of BEx queries as the main data
Providers.
 Analyzed BEx queries and also gathered user requirements for the reporting work.
 Defined custom Hierarchies in Universes for drill down purposes.
 Worked with the onsite team to meet the specified project deadlines.

Mylan uses Remedy as the ticketing tool. The primary modules of Incident Management and Change Request
Management which has high visibility and complexity in their reports generation and customization.
Mylan organization’s initiative that all the reports are created and maintained in BO in Incident management. The
team do comprised of Technical and functional experts who helped in creating the reports in BO which serve the
existing Remedy reports along with dynamic variable allocation and new features with respect to drill down, filters,
and pre-defined conditions objects. Which was considered to be a business driven for the efforts and tracking of an
incident in the workflow management at any milestone.

Responsibilities:
 Involved in full SDLC along with the team members.
 Played a vital role in requirements analysis gathering, SRS preparation.
 Test Plan creation inputs.
 Test Cases creation.
 Using DataMart data at various levels of reports.
 Universes creation.
 Customization of the existing reports, creation of new reports based on the requirements. Creating and
configuring the drill down and bottom–top and top- bottom reports.

Description:
Mylan uses Remedy as the ticketing tool. The primary modules of Incident Management and Change Request

Mylan was not happy with the reports that are generated by Remedy for Change Request Management, which did
not actually have the track of Workflow management and the milestones defined in it, thus the existing system is
integrated with a content management tool of workflow triggering and management which stores the milestone data
in the Data Mart, Reports are developed for tracking the efforts/status/pending items/expected closure date and even
Projection and analysis with respect to the next change request based on the historic data. The reports are created at
various levels of Management for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly and daily reports for the effort and utilization
tracking. The reports are shared to the users on regular basis which are scheduled to track their day wise work
utilization and allocation.

Responsibilities:
 Involved in full SDLC along with the Project Leader and Analyst.
 Played a vital role in requirements analysis gathering, SRS preparation.

Description:
Mylan Cars and Mars Database which has the implementation of BO for the report generation. The reports are
classified as Bo reports and crystal reports. The reports related to the sales , marketing and their dashboards are
displayed in Crystal reports. Data related to Filters and other variables are created in BO, which are used for the
trend analysis of each group of sales and marketing with respect to their goals for the FY year and competence
building within the each group and location. The financial reports also explain about the expenses incurred vs. the
profits gained to take necessary steps for further optimization.
