Task 1: When is “climate change” a hazard?

In this activity, you will look at trends in hazard occurrences of Dengue fever and link them to
global changes.

Climate change in here means that an occuration of changes of temperature of the world abnormally.
We take a look on 2 point of view in our discussion before we get a chance to present this kind of things.
Here are the tropical and subtropical climate, which we choose as a relation of the hazardous climate
change itself. Here we go through explanation :
 TROPICAL :

Climate change occurs  Caused an abnormal changes towards the temperature of the
world. Unpredictable climate or weather  Prevention process from societies couldn’t be
determined absolutely in the real fast time be cause of unpredictable weather and climate as well
 Dengue fever occurs at the same time of the unpredictable weather and climate took a look on
how the etiology of a mosquitos.

 SUBTROPIC :

There is a tendency of the spread of dengue fever to another country which is not
tropical be cause of the unpredictable changes of weather or as known as climate change. Finally
it causes there’s societies don’t really understand on how to prevent it, or at least the first aid for
those diseases. Thus, the preventions or done-actions for those disease can’t be done with really
easy way. And also the other implication, is the lack of preparations for facing this disease,
impact to lack of dengue-expert medical workers and medicine as well for the purpose to make
sure that this case is done.

Task 2: How do societies respond and adjust to environmental hazards?

Societies in here we conclude as the collections of many levels of society of one nations or country. So
we divided societies word into 2 kind of society, those are government (as a ruler side and policies
maker) and citizens (as a ruled side and policies doer). Here are the responds of each group of society:

a. GOVERNMENT
Government as a ruler have been make a steps in their parliamentary to make any many
repairments for preventions of the climate change. Such as do some orientation about climate change,
what climate change is, where and when climate change occurs, how to prevent that, and why we do
have to prevent that as well to the general societies. Government also have been influence whole-society
 to make little ways to decrease the percentage of global warming, with make the advertisement via
television, sticker, brochure, or whatever it is. It’s all about to make the global warming avoided as soon
as possible. For example : Night Hours (electrical), an orientation of global warming and climate change
to general societies, plant 1000 trees, etc towards the helpful actions for climate change solutions.
Besides they make a policies, they do it as well for giving an example as the one who has really big role
in governmental of one nations.

b. CITIZENS
Citizens as a ruled sides have been do such actions toward this global problem as a policies doer
too. Citizens started to make themselves adapted with responsively act some action toward decreasing
the amount of implications of environmental hazards. When we link to the hazardous of dengue fever,
the society have been doing 3M’s, keep personal and environmental hygiene, and many other actions.
Citizens started to adapt with these conditions, and at the same time try to minimalize what we
called as climate change, green house effect, global warming and also other nickname for environmental
hazards. They’re trying to change their life’s style, which before they got an orientation about it, they
use Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, or another CFC producer machine freely. But now, they have already
knew about the cases of global warming. And started to act some actions that served by the government,
such as plant 1000 trees, they minimalize the use of electrical things in the night and also use electrical
things just if it’s necessary, and many others. Even there are many activist from any level of societies
which trying to minimalize the existing of climate change itself.
And also citizens started to change their paradigm towards climate change, which before they got
orientation about climate change, they didn’t know how danger the climate change itself. But after they
know it, most of them act as soon as possible to minimalize it.
