HOW TO EARN USING VIA

• For International Airline Tickets – Maximum Php 5,000 per way per passenger
• For Domestic Airline Tickets – Maximum Php 2,000 per way per passenger
• For Hotel Accommodation – Maximum Php 999 per room per night
• For Holidays Packages / Tours Packages
• DOMESTIC HOLIDAYS – Maximum of Php 999 per guest
• INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS – Maximum USD 99 per guest

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE

VIA AGENT PORTAL
Submit the following requirements:

Single or Sole Proprietorship:

1. DTI registration for travel related business (Ex: ABC Travel and Tours, ABC Ticketing Services, etc.)
2. Business / Mayor’s Permit 2017
3. Certificate of Registration 2303
4. Valid ID’s of the owner (please refer below list of IDs)
5. Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill, address must be the same with the Agency address)
6. Notarized Contract of Lease (if Proof of Billing is not available)
7. Office Pictures (interior and exterior)
8. Location Sketch (on google map screenshot, from Main road to Office with identified street name
and landmark)
9. Activation Fee of 5,000 pesos (consumable)
10. Additional 1,000 pesos (for Sales Kit, non refundable)

Note: We will only accept a Promissory Letter provided there is an Application form for Business Permit with Official
Receipt and BIR Form 0605 with Official Receipt. Must be submitted within thirty (30) days upon activation of your
account.

Partnership:
1. SEC Registration for travel related business
2. Articles of Partnership, Certified True Copy per page (complete pages)
3. Business / Mayor’s Permit 2017
4. Certificate of Registration 2303
5. Valid IDs of each partner (please refer below list of IDs)
6. Special Power of Attorney (Notarized SPA) for Authorized Person if partners are not available

8. Notarized Secretary Certificate for the Authorized person (see attached file)
9. Valid ID’s of the Authorized Person (please refer to list of valid IDs)
10. Proof of Billing (Electric or water bill, address must be the same with the agency address)
11. Notarized Contract of Lease (if Proof of Billing is not available)

BDO, Maybank, Metrobank and 711 stores it requires a FRAG ID also referred as Reference Number. FRAG ID
is available once registered with VIA. If no registration yet, contact us to get your FRAG ID.

For BPI Online banking, we require you to transfer a unique amount like 5,002 pesos not 5,000 to track
your deposit on the same day. Indicate your Account Name and the BPI Branch Name.

Please refer below cut-off in submission of documents:

Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 PM
