DAY 2 – PRELIMINARY ROUNDS (SATURDAY 24/3/2018)

- [LOGISTICS] – Ensure mineral waters and paper cups (prepared by the bailiffs) are enough for all Arbitrators, in every room, for
all sessions

- Moot Director must remind the arbitrators to check out CPD before
leaving the competition.
- Arbitrators must NOT bring back the memorial, leave it at the hearing [BAILIFF]
room.
- Arbitrators should leave the lounge around 8.50 am.
- Once the Arbitrators are ready to leave the Arbitrators Lounge to go to the [ZAFIRAH]
Hearing Room, call the Bailiffs queuing outside to escort them (the bailiff [ARYN]
should be outside the lounge by then). Once the first judge left with the
bailiff, Zafirah will notify the Protocol Bureau/Floor Managers.

Floor Managers:
The Floor Manager shall notify which hearing rooms had begun their
deliberation/comment through WhatsApp NAMCO Secretariat. This is to alert
the photographers and High Committees that will give token of appreciation to
the Arbitrators. Bailiffs should also be informed beforehand that there will be a
photograph session and informed the Hearing Room.
