Republic of the Philippines DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Region 02-Cagayan Valley SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE OF CAGAYAN March 5, 2018 DIVISION MEMORANDUM No 3uy 8 2018 SHEDULE OF ASSESSMENT FOR PRINCIPAL 2 (SECONDARY) AND PRINCIPAL I (ELEMENTARY) POSITIONS To: ‘All Interested and Qualified Applicants for Principal II (Secondary) and Principal I (Elementary) Positions A: The Schools Division Office of Cagayan has scheduled an assessment for the ‘Yacancies in the Schools Division Office. Interested applicants should meet the herein qualification standard as prescribed in DepED Order No. 39 s. 2007, respectively. ‘a, School Principal II (Secondary) Education: Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education; or Bachelor's Degree w/ 18 professional education units plus 6 units of Management Experience: 1 yr. as School Principal Training: 40 hrs. of relevant training Eligibility: RA 1080/PBET or LET with updated PRC license Performance Rating: At least very satisfactory for the last three (3) rating periods. b. School Principal I (Elementary) Education: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education; or Bachelor's Degree w/ 18 professional education units Experience: Head Teacher (HT) for I year; or Teacher-In-Charge (TIC) for 2 yrs.; or Master Teacher (MT) for 2 yrs. Or Teacher for 5 yrs. Training: 40 hrs. of relevant training Eligibility: RA 1080/PBET or LET with updated PRC license Performance Rating: At least very satisfactory for the last three (3) rating periods. ep Interested and qualified applicants are required to submit their Letter of Intent together with the following documents: a. Transcript of Records; b. Updated Service Record; c. Latest Appointment; d. Leadership potential and accomplishments to submitted on a sealed envelope with Omnibus Certification as to the authenticity and veracity of the documents; Certification from all the candidates that they are willing to be assigned anywhere in the Division of Cagayan. 4 ‘Deadline for the submission of applications is on March 8, 2018 at the Office of the HRMO (Personnel Section). Ss ‘As stated in DepED Order No. 29 s. 2002 (Merit Selection Plan of the Department of Education) Section V, Item No. 3, the HRMO shall conduct preliminary evaluation of the qualifications of all applicants, prepare selection line-up which shall reflect the qualifications of candidates, notify all applicants of the outcome of preliminary evaluation and submit the selection line-up to the PSB for deliberation en banc. 6. DepEd Order No.42, $.2007 for School Heads, DepEd Order No.66, $.2007 for Teacher 2 and 3, Non-Teaching and Teaching related positions and MEC Order No. 29, S.1979 for Master Teacher 1 and 2. shall be applied in the assessment of the qualifications and competence of candidates for appointment to the vacant position. 7. The schedule of assessment will be on March 9, 2018 at the Division Office, Regional Government Center, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Applicants are advised to submit their papers in THREE SETS in three separate folders with earmarks per criterion, as follows: 1 set for original copies 2. sets photocopies 8. ‘Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
