FIRM.
The quoted prices are on Ex.works Pune basis and are exclusive of Taxes, Duties, Octroi, any other levies. These shall be charged
extra at actuals prevailing at the time of despatch.
Please note that testing charges also attract Excise Duty and Sales tax @ as applicable for Transformers.
Excise Duty at the rate prevailing on the date of despatch shall be charged extra. At present Excise Duty is applicable @10% + 3%
Govt. cess
Sales Tax at the rate prevailing on the date of despatch shall be charged extra. At present Sales Tax is applicable @2% against form

Any other taxes, duties, or levies, Local / Central or State, which are in force or which may become leviable will be extra to the
purchaser in addition to price quoted by us.If
*30% ADVANCE ALONG WITH ORDER & BALANCE AGAINST P.IAT THE TIME OF DISPATCH.

30 days from the date of quotation.

We will send consignment by road on FREIGHT TO PAY / Freight paid basis . Please indicate your preference of transporter in your
PO, else, we will despatch consignment through any one of our regular transporters.
The consignment will be despatched on un-insured basis. However, despatch particulars will be informed to you to enable you to
arrange insurance at your end.
12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of despatch, whichever is earlier.
Our liability in respect of any defect in/or failure of goods supplied or any loss attributed hereto, is limited to making good by
replacement/repair, defects which under proper use appear herein and arise solely from faulty design/material/workmanship.
We will conduct routine tests as per IS:2026 and original Test Copy will be given to you.
If essential, routine tests or any other special tests can be offered for your witness at an extra cost.
