Dear Dr. Limson:

The Western Visayas Consortium for Industry and Energy Research and Development (WVCIERD)
is set to have a Technical Working Group (TWG) meeting this June. This is to discuss the
subsequent plans of WVCIERD and to address the changes in the members of the consortium. It
would also be favorable if your good office could officially re-confirm or reassign the designation of
your Permanent Alternate, TWG Member, and Alternate TWG Member by sending along a signed
Special Order as well as an Authority to Collect Honorarium for the abovementioned members.
Attached are sample forms for your perusal.

We are hereby requesting your good office to have your designated Technical Working Group
(TWG) Member or his alternate to attend the said meeting to be held at 1:30 PM on June 27, 2014,
at the DOST Training Room, Magsaysay Village, La Paz Iloilo. We would also like to request for the
presence of your Vice President or Director for Research during the meeting, since we have matters
to discuss regarding the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology
Research and Development (PCIEERRD)’s R&D Thrusts.
