Pag-IBIG Call Center now open 24/7

The Pag-IBIG Fund recently launched its Isang Linggong Pag-IBIG hotline 724-4244, SMS, and email
facilities to better serve Fund members and clients. “Vice President Jejomar C. Binay, who is also Pag-
IBIG Board Chairman, would like the Fund to be more accessible to our members and partners. Thus, our
contact points are now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said Pag-IBIG President and Chief
Executive Officer, Atty. Darlene Marie B. Berberabe.

“Our OFW members should significantly benefit from the availability of these facilities and need not wait
for Philippine office hours to inquire about Pag-IBIG. Before Isang Linggong Pag-IBIG was rolled-out, our
hotlines were only open on weekdays, and only from 8am to 5pm. Now, our members can inquire about
our programs any day of the week, anytime of the day and night. All this is in line with Pag-IBIG’s firm
commitment to provide personalized and efficient service to our members” she added.

Members and clients can now inquire 24/7 about the Fund’s housing programs, its Short-Term Loan
(STL) Program and their STL balance, if any, their Membership Identification Number (MID) and
Membership Savings, by calling Pag-IBIG’s customer service personnel through phone at 724-4244,
texting at 0917-8884363/0918-8984363, or emailing at publicaffairs@pagibigfund.gov.ph.

To further enhance its services, Pag-IBIG now also offers chat facilities, pagibigchat@yahoo.com and
pagibigchat1@yahoo.com, that are available from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays, from 8am to
5pm.

Members and clients may also “like” Pag-IBIG at its Facebook page (facebook.com/pagibigfundofficial) or
view its TV commercials and other videos at the Pag-IBIG YouTube channel to be kept up-to-date about
the Funds’ programs and activities. Other information may also be accessed at its website,
