wichtige Wörter/Vokabeln - important words/vocabulary

von 15 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr - from 3pm until 4:30 pm

die Sekunde (-n) die Minute (-n) die Stunde (-n)
dauern - to take / to last (duration)
das Volleyballtraining dauert/ist 2 Stunden (lang) - the volleyball training is two hours (long)
am Morgen (m) / morgens - in the morning (s) > am Montagmorgen > montagmorgens (reg.)
am Mittag (m) / mittags - at midday > am Dienstagmittag > dienstagmittags (reg.)
am Nachmittag (m) / nachmittags - in the afternoon(s) > am Mittwochnachmittag

You can already say this in German:

Montags gehe ich schwimmen.

Am Sonntag schaue ich einen Film.

Now you can expand this sentence using the vocabulary above:
