Scope of Work

Subject: Repair of Annunciator cards of GCP of TG-1820, 1840 of NQ Complex.

The objective of this project is the repair of Annunciator cards of GCP of TG-1820, 1840,
which are critical from operational point of view of TG-1820 and TG-1840 which are critical
for meeting the Electrical load demand of NQ Complex.

Following Items/cards need to be repaired

 CPU card – 1 Nos.

 Communication card – 1 Nos.
 I/O Card – 2 Nos.
 Repeat Relay card – 1 Nos.
 Bently 7200 Power Supply – 2 Nos.
 24V DC Power Supply of HVAC – 1 Nos.

The Following activities are to be carried out:

1. The bidder needs to collect the subject cards from ONGC Helibase Juhu / NBP
Green Heights and has to safely transport it to their firm’s premises for repair,
subsequent to the issue of Work Order
2. The job includes not only repair/reconditioning/refurbishing of electronic cards by
replacing defective electronic components on the card etc. but also includes
debugging of control programs, reprogramming etc. pertaining to the repaired cards,
if any.
3. Any materials and services required for repair/reconditioning/refurbishing of card
shall be under the scope of the bidder.
4. It may be noted that the successful repair of the card can be verified based on the
successful operation in running system or in a test jig for whichever card it is
possible.
5. The bidder shall complete the repairs and testing of the cards and deliver the same
within 30 days from the date of collection of the defective cards from ONGC. The
repaired cards are to be delivered at ONGC Helibase Juhu/ NBP Green Heights in
Air worthy Packaging.
6. The performance certificate of repaired cards shall be issued by the MM-NQ Platform
or I/C Electrical/Instrumentation or their authorized representative.
7. The repaired cards shall be covered under warrantee for a period of 6 months from
the date of successful testing at NQ platform.

Note: The bidder shall preserve the material Gate Pass issued by ONGC during possession
of the defective cards and shall handover the same to ONGC along with the repaired cards.
