1. In any oral presentation, using words alone would either be less effective
or quite inefficient to catch the attention of an audience in the description
of a concept or product. Other means of conveying message would be the
use of visual aids.

4. Preparation is one of the most crucial parts if not the most crucial part of
any oral presentation. This ‘homework’ includes profiling occasion,
profiling audience and profiling location in anticipation of the actual day of
the presentation.
a) Why is it necessary to do profiling before an oral presentation? (2)
