As part of Analytics as a Service team, we build and operate Analytics as a managed service for our clients which
combines analytics that is built on a solid foundation of comprehensive data with process and industry expertise to
drive tangible and sustainable business outcomes. As part of our practice, you’ll deliver analytically-driven, business-
outcome based solutions that will help our clients make faster, smarter decisions.
Our team thrives on continuous improvement, innovation and advisory services that directly impact client’s business
outcomes and our business advisors work across descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytic to
achieve the same. Our innovation around cognitive computing and Analytics through Apps help us stay ahead of the
game.

Need to have
Management Skills :
Has the ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices,
quality principles, best-in-class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)
Ability to work with large globally networked and virtual teams and is able to work with multiple
stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams
Has the ability to adapt to, absorb and apply latest trends and thought leadership in the areas of analytics,
business and technology. We are looking for professionals who have agile and adaptive skills to suit to the
dynamic global business environment
Have exceptional Communication Skills and be able to manage client-facing responsibilities
Experience and ability to work with global clients across cultures and willingness to play a global role (along
with global mobility as required)
Good business vision, outcomes and change articulation skills through verbal and visual tools
Business Skills :
Ability to practice and demonstrate structured logical problem solving ability and identify opportunities for
business value and growth
Ability to identify and quantify client business outcomes
Ability to link Accenture service deliverables to client business outcomes and ensure alignment
Ability to identify new opportunities to support client based on client issues and burning platform
Domain Skills :
Best thinking in functional, industry, analytics and operations, builds, proposes and validates new areas of
opportunity for business
Subject matter expertise in any relevant functional / analytics areas such as Pricing, Promotions, Demand
Forecasting, Supply Chain Analytics, customer analytics, digital marketing analytics, FP&A etc. are desirable
Expertise / Exposure to Statistical techniques are preferred - including but not limited to: Regression
modeling, Design of Experiments and Hypothesis testing, Survival Modeling, Principal Component Analysis,
Multivariate Statistical Modeling, Clustering and Segmentation (Support Vector Machines, CHAID, Decision
trees, Random Forest etc.), Machine Learning (Neural Networks, Naive Bayes etc.), Time Series Modeling
Responsibilities
Understand and address client business issues and solution best possible analytics solutions to drive
outcomes. Extensive client engagement in advisory role is expected to do this.
Solution, set-up and deliver descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics services to manage and run
the solutions developed above
Must bring in deep domain expertise, thought leadership, understanding of current & future trends of the
client industry and business context
Work in large scale virtual and networked teams within and outside Accenture for the managed service
Work with delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams
Leverage Analytics as a Service Research and Data Science teams to drive continuous analytics innovation
for clients
Leverage Analytics as a Service Data management and technology teams to drive data and technology
innovation for clients
Continuously innovate and reinvent value proposition to clients and stay business relevant
