Adding a Floor/Unit to your Census

Click on ‘ON’
button next to unit to
set as active

Labs / Vitals

Choose individual
sections on the left to
jump to that section,
Or scroll up/down with
the scrollbar on the
right

Make sure “All Results”


Is highlighted

Trend

Check the boxes of the


values you’d like to
trend

Then click the 3-lined


square on the top right
to see it trended
throughout the
hospitalization

Med Administration record – past XX hours

A checkmark indicates
when it was given,

A circle+slash indicates
that dose was not given

A red circle+minus
indicates discontinuation

Change the
time frame

Ex: meds
administered
over past 3 days

Looking up orders – PRNs

One can also check PRN medications

These are medications given on an ‘as-needed’ basis


and are not scheduled to be given at set times.

It’s a helpful location to see if a pt needed a


breathing treatment, extra pain meds, or one-time
diuretic dose overnight
