Project # 6
The project is a Webdynpro based application which interacts with the SAP R/3 to create/view/edit
purchase requests in the backend using RFCs. The application is integrated on Portal as the user interface
for end users. The user can also see the list of all Purchase Requests created and status.
Arranging Meetings with the End User’s and HOD’s, Coordinating between team members,
Understanding of Current business Flow and defining project goals and objectives.
Clarifying the scope of implementation to various stakeholders from Business, defining project
schedule, implementation sequence, setting up a Project Board, Project Kick-off and assigning
resources.
Configuration and assignment of MM enterprise structure.
Configuration tasks majorly include configure the requirements contained in the Business Blueprint
for MM and SD – configuration of Plant and related assignments, screen layouts for PR/PO, release
strategies for PR/PO, PR/PO document types, allowed item categories, number ranges, sales
document types, number range assignment, item categories.
Unit and system integration testing, preparing end user training manuals and training end users.
Final signoff on Project and post go-live support and handling new requirements under change
Management process.
Project # 4
Represented MM/SRM team from Offshore in First Phase of Support application handover for
Heineken International to Wipro.
Prepared SMTD Document for MM/SRM Modules in Heineken which included all Landscapes
and Critical Business processes for Heineken with Flow Diagrams.
Did Playback session after Support to Handover to Wipro from Offshore for MM/SRM.
Worked on Marval which was a ticketing tool used in Heineken.
Handled SAP support for Modules MM/SRM for Heineken; issues involve Change Management,
Problem Management, Task Management and Incident Management. Allocation of issues to
team members, weekly calls with client on high priority issues.
Conducted Knowledge transfer sessions for SRM/MM for new team members.
SPOC for Support Handover Projects for Heineken which includes Springbok Project Support
Handover for South Africa, GAGARIAN 8 support Handover for Russia and DUGA 2 for Egypt.
Solution Designer for Release strategy Process for Indonesia and Bulgaria during Onsite
Assignment for Heineken. This task includes requirement gathering from Business and mapping it
according to current business scenario, configuring the same in system and preparing design
document, configuration document, and UAT documents.
Worked with functional/Process Owners (Custodians) for Heineken on Preventive maintenance,
this was a pro-active measure to improve performance of all Local and Global reports.
Working knowledge of SRM includes configuration of Org structure based on Purchasing
Hierarchy and also on Product category.
Project # 3
Dealing with day to day support issues supporting EMEA Region for Johnson Diversey.
Provide online support to live queries of the user, such as problems in PO, message settings,
release strategies, GRN/SRN etc.
Prepared functional specification for BDC program for changing Valuation class for Material
master. Tested and executed the same for JDI in Live environment.
Preparation of Test Cases along with test documents.
Verifying and solving configuration related issues and documenting the same.
Weekly report preparation for achieving SLA, defect monitoring and resolution.
Documenting Solution design Documents and updating the same in document management
portal.

Description:
Hy-grade Pellets Ltd. operates 4 million tones per annum pellet plant at Visakhapatnam.
HGPL is having turn over around approx. Rs. 900 core. Hy-Grade Pellets Limited and Steel Corporation
Gujarat Limited were merged with Essar Steel.
