Our services includes,
DOCUMENTATION, DESIGNING (2D PLAN, ELEVATION, 3D EXTERIOR VIEWS, 3D INTERIOR
VIEWS).PREPARE PERMIT DRAWING ESTIMATION, EXECUTION (PROJECT MANAGEMENT, FULL
CONTRACT),COMPLETION

And here we propose the following

For permission drawings:

Special notes:

• Actual rate for plan designing and permit is Rs.8/sq.ft and if you consider us to do both plan designing and permit , we
will do both of it for Rs6/sq.ft
• Only after receiving the payment, documents will be provided
• Extra amount will be charged for providing original AutoCAD files
• If you consider us to do the interior 3D views of 10 rooms, we will do it for Rs30,000 ,otherwise you will have to pay
Rs.5000/1room.
• GST (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable for all the service charges and that is not included in the above rates. This
should be paid by the client.
• Rs 3,000/- Will be charged additional for each 3D views according to your requirements.
• Extra charges should be paid by the customer as service charges, departmental charges, fees, charges for engineers for
site inspection for permit .
