INTRODUCTION
 Programmable logic Controllers (PLCs) are digital
computers which are used for automation of manufacturing
processes.
 They were first developed in the automobile industry
where they replaced hardwired relays and timers.
 PLCs are highly reliable, adopted to harsh environments,
versatile and economical.
 It can be easily programmed in many languages.
