Perimeter Lights Supplemental Installation Instructions
Installation - Tools Needed

 1 1/4” Hole Saw Bit
1. Install perimeter lights power supply. Place
power supply box on canopy (near the center). Drill 1
1/4” diameter hole through canopy where box will be
mounted. Install plastic bushing in hole. Mount power
supply box and gang box to canopy. DO NOT supply
power to supply box at this time. For more detailed
installation instructions, see instructions in light kit
box. Installer on top of canopy to return to inside cab.
Follow the specific model ceiling installation
instructions to assemble ceiling frame and for any
additional lighting.
3. Attach perimeter lights. Align end of longest
light fixture with longest ceiling edge. Attach lights to
ceiling frame by pushing down on mounting clips
until clips lock into place on frame. Ensure bottom
edge of light is flush with ceiling face. Tighten screw
holding light to mounting bracket. Tighten remaining
mounting bracket screws. Repeat to attach remaining
light fixtures.
Follow the specific model ceiling installation
instructions to attach the ceiling to the canopy.

2. Attach light mounting brackets. Remove
plastic/tape covering lights. From clear acrylic side
of light panel, insert supplied machine screw thru
hole. Slide nut into channel mounting bracket and
align with screw. Partially tighten screw allowing for
adjustment. Ensure frosted edge of light is facing
down and mounting bracket will slide straight down
onto ceiling frame. Repeat for remaining mounting
brackets.
4. Make final power connection. Connect lights to
terminal block in transformer. Red wires to posi-
tive, black wires to negative. No more than two (2)
lights per post. See the wiring instructions for more
information. Make sure power is off before connect-
ing building power to switch. The switch will have
two (2) black wires, and one (1) green (ground) wire.
Connect ground wire from the switch to ground wire
from transformer and building ground. Connect white
wire from transformer to neutral wire from building.
Connect one black wire on switch to black wire con-
nected to transformer. Connect the other black wire
on switch to common (hot) wire from building power.
Carefully fold wires into gang box, screw switch into
place, and screw on cover plate.
