That’s why we held internal hackathon so everyone can develop anything they want and also take
ownership on the product they build. Everyone has the same chance to pitch their ideas and
create an innovative solution for our users.

We've held an internal hackathon twice with amazing response and outcome from Nakama.
Each team came up with creative and innovative ideas to give a better service for our users.

The winner of Tokopedia Hackathon v2.0 got the chance to participate in Sequoia::Hack 2016,
where 5500 people, consist of teams from India and Southeast Asia countries, participated.
Some said it's harder to get in there than in Harvard. We snatched the 2nd place!

unix, nginx, scripting and sys-ops. He does code
reviews, tunes and optimises nginx for squeezing
the best performance, identifies scalability issues
and bottlenecks before they hit us, smash bugs and
work on a feature here and there, all in a day. He is
comfortable working in a dynamic atmosphere and
in being hands on in every situation.
