A.Key Personal Resources:
The Overall total number of employee/ staff including the manager and the supervisor in
the café in 1 day shift schedule. The duties and the responsibility of each individual, and
also the time schedule.

Manager:

The one who handle overall operation in the café, daily sales, monthly report, coordinate
with the supplier.

Supervisor:

The second people, who handle the operation in a daily basis, handle customer concern,
incident report, and monthly inventory

Barista/Crew:

The one, who preferred beverages, handles customer service; maintain overall cleanliness
in the dining area.

Kitchen Staff:

Preferred all pastry preparation. Kitchen inventory.

Dishwasher:

They are the one who clean up all the dishes and maintain the overall cleanliness on the
kitchen.

Security Guard:

They are the one who secured overall security in the café.

B. HRM Strategy
This are the applicant experiences he /she qualified to do the job this include the
qualification of the individual to do the task assign.

Manager:

 Completed graduate of HRM major.


 Excellent leadership skills w/ proven coaching and mentoring capabilities.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Computer literacy / Knowledge of Microsoft office (world / excel).

Supervisor:

 Completed graduate of any 4 yrs courses.


 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with direct customer contract or
canvassing experience.
 Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
 Solid computer skills, including MS Office and preferably some CRM experience,
including ability to create and run report.

Barista/Crew:

 Completed graduate of 4 yrs HRM major.


 Good Customer Service.
 Flexibility to work shift, including evening and weekends.
 Know to make all coffee beverages.
 Milk techniques including latte art.
 Multi tasking

Kitchen Staff:

 Completed 2 years course.


 Multi tasking.
 With experience in kitchen operation.
 Must have knowledge in pastry.

Dishwasher:

 High school graduate


 With or Without Working experience
 Flexible
 Must pass a pre - employment drug test.

Security Guard:

 Minimum 2yrs experience in the same field.


 Ability to write technical specification and report.
 Skills in observing situation and decision making.
 Should have a very strong personality.
 Communicate clearly and concisely both oral and in writing.
