Bottles, Containers, Caps, Measuring Caps, Spoons & Seals for Pesticides) (Form
March 2011 to Dec 2014).
Now, Curently working as a Senior Accountant cum with Excise &
Liasoning Officers in M/s Kashmir chemical Phase-I, IGC, Samba (Mfg of
Pesticides Formulation, i.e. Insecticides, Pesticides. PGR, Herbicides Form Jan 2015
to Till Date)
Key Responsibilities handeled : 1) Computerized Account i.e. Latest Tally &
Busy Software and Manual Works
2) Deals with Excise department Computerized and Manually works ,i.e.
Filling ER1 , ER6 ,ER3, ER4, return online, Refund option Self Credit / Cash
Credit , and all manual register, RG1 register, stock register, RG23C-1 & 11,
RG23A-1 & 11, PLA, Excise audit, Differential Case, Audit of Excise & Sale
Tax Department, Assessment of C form, any other works related to Excise
Department, and Documentation of Job works

3) Deals with Sale tax department Computerized and Manually works, also
Filling Online e-filing Sales Tax return, deal C-Form, Vat -65, Import and
Export Form. & assessments of C -Form

4) Taking care of TDS, VAT, PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory Inspector, agriculture
department, loan, etc. of the employee and preparing invoices and memos
also filling Monthly and Annually online return , & Esic audit

5) Deals with D I C WORKS i.e. PMT Registration, Toll Tax exemption, Annual
Verification, 3 % Interest subsidy, 30% Machinery subsidy, 100% Lab
Equipment Subsdity, 100% Generator Subsdity, 30% Pollution Equipment
subsidy, Transport subsidy

6) Deals with Pollution Department for all works i.e consent to operate /
establish for machinery & DG set

8) Balance Sheet Flux Analysis: Analyzing quarterly fluctuations in Balance

Sheet Accounts and root cause analysis of accounts having major
fluctuations on quarterly basis.

9) Review the Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & loss accounts at macro
level & ensure integrity of all reported financial statements.

10) Facilitate to get third party confirmations like Receivable / Payable, bank,
Intercompany and Solicitors

11 ) Deals with All taxes of GST, Registration, Data maintaining ,online

Return GSTR-1, GSTR-3B ,GSTR-2, Composition scheme, Reverse charge
Mechanisms, E way bills system and any other works related to GST,
Maintaining all record in GST

12) Deal with selling permission in different states, Making Purchase order,
sale order , logistics handling and any works other works in manufacturing
plant
.
