QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management
• Knowledge in MICE Business
• Online/Offline Direct Booking
• Manage all Male’ based DMC’s (Local Agents)
• Manage Sales CRM Entries
• Perform Local Sales Calls
• Develop a Business Plan & Sales Strategy

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
• 3 to 4 years experience in the sales and marketing area

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Proven success in a similar role and environment
• Empathy towards colleagues and customers
• Pride and attention to detail
• Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
• Pre-Opening and (Island) Resort experienced.

QUALIFICATIONS

key feeder markets
• Online/Offline Direct Booking
• Manage all Male based DMC’s (Local Agents)
• Manage Sales CRM Entries
• Perform Local and International Sales Calls
• Able to create a sales and marketing plan to include Business & Sales Strategies
Create monthly/ yearly budget related to planned activities.

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
• 3 to 4 years experience in the sales and marketing area

Position is property based and requires travel in coordination with our Regional DOSM from time to time
