Jollibee launches first ever Family Values Awards

If there' one thing that makes the Filipino family stand out, it's their commitment to stay close to
one another no matter what. From sharing simple meals to special family events and milestones, the
Pinoy family finds irreplacable joy just by being together.

The launch of the first ever Jollibee Family Values Awards aims to honor Filipino families whose
strong and joyful ties help and inspire their communities in unique ways.

These Values Awards was held as a way of Jollibee saying thank you to Pinoy families for making their
flagship product Chickenjoy as 'consistent family meal favorite'.

Each winner of the award will receive a trophy especially designed by Michael Cacnio, a world-class
brass sculptor, embodied with a P100,000 in cash (tax-free) and P10,000 worth of Jollibee Gift
Certificates.

Jollitown Live Musical

Children across the country jumped with enthusiasm and excitement as the country's number one
fast-food chain brought the musical, Jollitown: Good Friends Are All Around live on stage to schools
and malls nationwide. Young fans of hit children's TV show eagerly watched the colorful
extravaganza starring their favorite mascot characters Jollibee, Hetty, Popo, Yum and Twirlie singing
and dancing live.

During the Live Musical, specifically, a play, there was a seven-year-old boy who depicted lessons of
friendship, joy and confidence when he reached the Jollitown where he met Jollibee and his friends.

Not only the children who joined the Live Musical enjoyed the show but along with their parents/
guardians, especially the games.

Jollibee bags 11th Franchise Excellence top plum

Jollibee affirmed its standing as the leading fast food chain in the country following its conferment of
The Presiden’s Award, the highest recognition given during the 11th Franchise Excellence Awards
(FEA). Organized by the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) in cooperation with the Department of
Trade and Industry and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the FEA is the most
coveted industry award in the Philippine franchising sector aimed at recognizing companies which
have exhibited excellence in business growth and ethical practices. The President’s Award is given to
Philippine franchise companies which have become benchmarks in market penetration and overseas
expansion, thus proudly raising the country’s flag in foreign shores. Acknowledged as one of the
most admired companies in Asia and a Filipino brand icon, Jollibee was cited on the strength of its
successful local and international expansion, resulting in a double digit business growth for the
fastfood chain in 2010.
