IMAGING ADVANTAGE LAUNCHES OPERATIONS AT

STS. MARY & ELIZABETH HOSPITAL

Louisville, KY – July 1, 2010 – Imaging Advantage LLC, a national-recognized radiology managed

services company, today announced the successful launch of diagnostic radiology services at Sts. Mary
& Elizabeth Hospital, a 331-bed primary care hospital offering advanced treatment in cancer, cardiac
care, lung disease, orthopaedics, vascular and general surgery, and emergency services. In particular,
the hospital’s Emergency Department is the 2nd busiest in the City of Louisville, and the 5th busiest in
the State of Kentucky.

Services provided by Imaging Advantage radiologists include subspecialty interpretations, final “reads”
at all hours, and – most uniquely – a trial program for onsite radiologist coverage 24 hours per day, 7
days per week, to support and bolster the work of the hospital’s ED.
