Indian Victory in Eurasian Nature Quiz

The Eurasian Nature quiz first came into existence in 1962 to make sure that the Eurasian impact should
be represented in certain levels to promote goodwill and harmony.
Despite the fact that the quiz fraternity works in secrecy and supports secret tournaments like all the
secret society have their own norms and paterns, This competition attracted countless people who follow
the quizzing at international level and became a heart felt supporting cause of bringing intellectual minds
to a perfect platform to share and gain knowledge.
The idea was brought by India, Uzbekistan, Netherlands and Sweden, four of the top quiz dominating
nation into harmony and all four nation did apply the information to be practiced as the cultural strand
that should not only represent positie mind set but should assure a wider range of impact through sport of
such form in contemporary days.
this tournament was established to bring mutual quest between certain nation of Asia and Europe together
in a giant tournament bringing back the Loral that Quizzing had escaped in past and once it came to the
idea and in reality it did aspire more people to not only understand Asian and European togetherness but
also clearify how the things have been working in various cultural and naturalist ground that cleared the
basic concept of the harmony indeed.
However, there were certain trends into focus when it comes to Quizzing and after 3 years of regular
meetings, The committee was established to manage finance, organising and trend for the quizzing, Thus
around 1967, the first Eurasian Nature quiz came into existence where Iceland stunned everybody
becoming the champion of the tournament but it was a good hall and peple who had come to watch in
those less technical days did equally appreciate the effor as they did come to know more about the
Euraisna consent by such tournament and they made it their passion to follow the same as an event by all
means.

However, since then regular concentration on the platform had been going on after every 5 years and
through the proceedings of the same, the Eurasian Nature quiz was third time organised in India in 2017
through great support by External affair minsistr, Ministry of Cultural affairs and by the back up of the
Central government of India to promote wealth of mind and sports together.
As a realist fact, India had reached the finals of this tournament twice, But both times We faced defeat in
front of the same nation known as Germany but we did learn our experiences in past and hence we were
not going to miss out the oppurtunity to perform well in front of our crowd who not only showed great
curiosity and intensity but also gave us remarkable support which was great in all ways.
However, after winning Quiz World cup in 2016, the Indian team was confident this time led by Visually
Challenged mind known as Saurabh Pant and I being the captain not wanted to miss out chance to have
one more tournament and trophy under my name not only for the purpose of getting hungry being
ambitious but also to make it clear that we are in a much better stage in the field of quizzing to dominate
and perform at our home soil.
I Saurabh Pant, who is one of the youngest quiz captain to win world cup for India was determined to
bring victory for the nation indeed and I told my team that we will not look what the other opponents
from various countries are doing and it wil be our key goal to focus the performances that will not only
enable us to do good but also take us to play fair and clean game which we must as being the host country
for this period of the tournament indeed.
Being also the author of 2 international books, Thus I never question my influence that certainly not goes
a miss in the team but it is my key priority that we focus on quizzing when we have to perform and books
and other moves not count there so what matters most is that we not only go and sit there with our audio
loaded devices to ready playing quiz but also make sure that we play a fair game that is most vital in all
sense.
However, when the tournament began, Switzerland were thinking to be great favourites, AS India
narrowly missed a defeat in the league stage of Quiz world cup of 2016 indeed, But India was ready to
take the challenge into the core at large and we did it greatly to face them off in real spirits and their
response was equally polite after the match in the tournamen which was good to feel after all.

In this further on movement towards the competition, the Indian quiz team showed lot of flavour to fight
on and face challenges from other international teams, As they faced the tournament in Dehradun, the
capital of Uttarakhand which is one of prefered location for me in Uttarakhand as I had studied in past
from the city and I felt a great rush to perform well with my team doing great joyous impact and my
teachers innovation and even searching me out to come and trying to meet was an added bonus that made
the joy double in the first place as the matches proceeded.
However, as it was clear that the state of Uttarakhand had recently witnessed the electoral process, It was
certainly possible that it was the best place to work on the tournament as suggested by the Indian Quiz
federation and we were informed by the heads of the organisers in the Indian quiz federation that we do
have to make regular discipline and serious focus rather than tandom joy make atmosphere which wil gie
the intentional clearance and shal help them to not only organise well but also give great feedback to the
Internatinal Quiz Federation about the successful cooperation and that could happen only by the rightly
done cooperation of quizzers which we did try to make rightly so and helped ourselves in the peaceful
process all around us in such complex times.
The Indian quiz team continued on their vigil while they bashed good teams like Ireland (through 280 to
140), Slovakia (350 to 195), Uzbekistan (260 to 80), Laos (510 to 195), Belarus (350 to 310) and others
in the league stage which was great feeling for me as Captain and I kept informing my fellows at social
media about the impact to which they did present great feedbacks and helped right responses.
Once the league proceedings were over, the team further on looked to reach the knock out stage at high
flair and we threw party before the beginning of the Knock out stage including vegetarian deserts and hot
coffee where we not only discussed pulling of each other's legs but also enjoyed the nicely chosen
comments of our coach that made the remark more impressive.
At the end we did have to face bashing performances from teams like Italy, Slovenia and Greenland in the
knock out but we did manage to defeat them out at high challenge circumstances where we were not only
faced challenges to do well but also felt pressurised as the host country crowd kept egging us on to defeat
opponents with bigger margins an that pressure kept realising us the way we have performed in last few
years for our country indeed.

However, India did have the hunger to prove on and we did manage to win around, which we did manage
to focus how to defeat others after determined successes by the vice captain and other members coming to
the party of the winning streak for the nation following the captain to the pursuit of chasing down the
buzzer moves and tick mark sessions at high percentage scores which was not only a good feeing as a
team remark but also made it clear that how quiz can't be won by single remarks and quiz is a team game
which does require the resistance from all players or the absence of single player or the dominance of one
on others can damage the whole team by facing lossess in a regular move so it was a great experience
witnessing other coming to the party and performing well.
Finally, we were ready to face the most powerful team of the European site witch was predicted by
experts being Switzerland and it was not a shock for us and it was good to see that they have reached
finals but there were shrewd suspicions that to win against us they might apply negative tactics and we
were excited further how they may tackle the game and the mind game together which is the bigger asset
in this intellectual game indeed.
Though having pressure to perform in front of the home crowd, WE being India did have a narrow
challenge facing Swiss in the finals indeed and we knew that they will plan some illusive measure so we
did plan a short discussion and sat together to plan the moves applying us and we forecasted the move
rightly which can work for us in finals and can help us ignore their pranks if they might plan to do so in
the aftermath of the pressure match.
Though we failed to bring it to the act in the first move and The first round was dominated by Swiss and
they managed to score 10 higher points than the Indian team which left us dejected and there were boos
all around us with shouts to make us perform rightly and we should have planned well but I was not
thinking about them and moved in front to prepare for next rounds with my teams instructing them clearly
that they should not come in the light of the commotio happeing around and must play acording to their
strengths that will bring result which they did agree at last.
However, as I said, my fury of captaincy and the rightly planned lead on with others in pursuit brought
better results in next two rounds and we ignored the cheers as we answered questions and the flashes were
visible over the giant screen and we continued to perform with hisses coming from Swiss side to
remember the old match but we ignored them and continued our game that did result in a positive way at
the end.
India did manage to defeat Switzerland in the finals of Eurasian Nature Quiz by the score of 900 to 850
which brought cheers for all who were following the quiz in the secrecy world and updated news
broadcasting platforms at large.
It was a great rush of gratitude, relief and right answer making srategy through planned tactics that came
to right result and at the end we shook hands with Swiss players, told them how to focus on game rather
than shouts and they did agree with the crowd descending back to the main platform where we all enjoyed
sips of hot coffee and milk cake with which our game ended at large.

All in all, it's great to lead India in such tournaments as it is being mentioned here in my own words and it
is not always going to happen that you got to lead right ways or get the oppurtunity to play in such bigger
tournament as Captain so it was a great experience and made me and my team's day by performing well.
We would be getting ready to become better in field of quizzing though However, we have no ideas to
expose the secret society amongst the globe though but one thing is sure for us that we have to make it in
our mind that we only expose our facts to those who trust us and those who not believe us they don't
deserve our respect which is the ultimate formula and shall work in our lives indeed.
The works to establish Quizzing as a profession had been on the track since centuries and so they move
on and there is no question that quizzing is a briliant sport but it does recognise some of those groups
which are not recognised at any other stage for which it is vital to preserve the same and continue it's
heritage to spread in wider norms that can help positively in all sense.
It's good for India to reach one more milestone, Till then we hope to continue the journey and move on to
prepare better in the coming future of quizzing at large...
Memories of Eurasian Nature Quiz

There is no doubt that if you win any contest, It give you pleasure that you can't even express all the time
and the feeling it inspire in the whole team to have fun, make joy and laugh with more relief is the best
vision to have the sight off though without vision it is an equal fun and does give us remarkable moments
to hav being together, celebrate and make sure that we do enjoy our victory after performingwell in biggr
quiz tournaments suc as Eurasian nature quiz.
Though most of the time, However, there are some crucial memories in context of such big tournaments
which You always wish to attach on forever and without sharing them it feels like you have missed
something and it feels like the best of moments might not have been shared properly for such purpose it is
vital to remember best of moments and share the joy with others of such tournaments as such moments
not get repeated all the time and it is harder to win trust of sighted people even whether such moments
happened or not as they know very less about the vision impairment and the commuity performances we
peple do around indeed.
It is a nice feeling to lead any nation being the captain first of all in the consent to the Indian blind team
and it feels very bright for myself also when I commence my feelings being the captain of the Indian quiz
team who led the nation to the victory of this giant Eurasian nature quiz in 2017. What I wanted to share
as a captain is that the discipline is the key that you want from your team members and it is absolute and
as I have always said that Quiz is a team game and sometimes you not know the answers and your fellow
team mates do that comes into play and make the performances bigger so as a captain it is a great feeling
to represent and get remarkablly prefered and ready made players from the Visually impaired sector that
makes my job easy for which I would like to thank the Indian quiz federation and all the prepration they
do to prepare us and make sure that the standard continue to blossum all the time indeed.
Though we all know there had been good time in past with excillent team performances and I find myself
included in them, when I led India to victory in Scott Stardom tournament in Scotland and Helsinki
Winter Quiz Finland in 2015 but that all happened due to the right decision of the federation and the
experts gave me the chance to express, make sure that I can work with good team mates and they have
always been the backbone of our success which shouldn't be denied for which we are greatful to them and
shall continue to memorise the way they train us and spend hours after ours to give great results.
There was also one more bigger pride memory or great moment of pride when I became the captain who
led the team in the victorious procession of the World Cup of Quizzing in 2016 that was organised in our
own country by great support of International Quiz Federation and Indian Quiz Federation and in such
mood I am always greatful to not only get momentum through my team mates but I have also made sure
that my contribution do come to effect as captain that makes the right impact-
But this Eurasian Nature quiz might be memorable for me for long in the depths of the heart not only as It
happened in my own state and in the city where I spent lot of time during my secondary education but the
way people came to witness and appreciated the visually impaired people from various countries was
great to watch and this is for what we work around so VI people must be recognised and they should be
also given priority which was a great witnessing point by all means.

Some people might say that the influence of social media was the key memorable aspect for me as It was
great response factor in this tournament, However It's not only the social media prospect of Twitter and
Face Book which made this quiz special for me, But there are some remarkable team memories in the
quiz which I want to share here which made this quiz memorable not only for me but also for the whole
team and for the Indian Vi people all along that is remarkable and a must share experience indeed.
It is always good to lead the team which contains 3 boys and 2 girls and we had long since able to balance
this phenomenon and I learnt very quickly during my school days of Quizzing that how valuable that
move can be and it does make a right sense of both gender quota being covered as well as a political
stature so it does give a great realisation and help enable that both VI men and Women are competing
together for the harmony in field such as quiz that does help in identifying right cultures around.
Though it was a nice fact to recognise that Our vice captain had recently married to an entrepreneur at the
end of 2016,, Thus he was also along with us in the tour for the Quizzing to see his wife do well as the
Vice Captain of India and she did inform us that she had no problems for arranging his tours together that
should not only make a nice change but due to habits of making all of us laugh the husband suited rightly
to settle around the environment and his habits of vegetarian nature made it perfect for all of us to make
the momentum proceed further as we all are vegetarian and hardly tolearate the non veg people around.
However, the 3 boys including me as captain were having lot of fun together while observing around,
specially when it comes to enjoy food and travel along side the quizzing tour, so it was not only about
performing but also about exavating more areas and sticking out nice plans between us including some
jokes about the political and sports news listened on web or on television on the platform taht suited
nicely and we laughed so hard so that sometime the head of staf had to come rushing through asking what
has been the matter and then he would go back running in amazement seeing us all laugh and making fun
of some information received on the internet as well.
We did manage to take some time away and reach lakes and famous platforms in Dehradun to enjoy the
best of fun together as a team with the official around us which made the trip special and we made sure it
as our priority to visit zoos, biodiversity hot spots, museums and even some sales park with fun of the
local food customs so we not only were up to date with the right places being visited but we were also
pulling each other's leg 'why you not requested more burger or Stuffed bun in such shop' that made a nice
change in regular intervals and helped all of us to recognise the lifting off the pressure that did help
remarkabally in all sense.
Though while touring to the water spots, We had fun while throwing mud on each other at lakes banks
and we also challenged in countless cup of coffees which made the trip enjoyable all along. We made it
sure that we not loose momentum of joy and spirits and it was a prior move to make sure that all the team
mates should enjoy trips, food customs, enjoyable music and also meeting new people that did make a
nice change and help us make it our move to not only make it an impressive set up and also helped us to
become more prepared for quiz and perform well for which we had been there at the best place at large...

Apart from that, we had nice time shopping in the footwear malls around the city in Dehradun, where we
were able to choose rightly through support of our sighted guide who not only told us about intresting
items on shop and their customs and the challenges shop keeper have to face convince local people that
how valuable they are but also the stories and the ways they are popularised in the local area which was a
nice fun and hearing such movement helped us to understand 'local cultures' and As I have studied in
earlier years from this place I did enjoy listening some old stories again which was remarkable in all
ways.
We reached the final day to have some good shopping’s and had lot of fun while tipping others about
what to buy and how less the costs can be of such buying things which was also fun and we kept pushing
the younger mates that why they didn't go for the cheaper items and their excuses that their family won't
be liking them made us laughing and talking about the impact tournament have in any person'ns life
which was bit fun but also taught a lesson that when you are having better moments then you shouldn't
be caring about what the gossips may become and you shull enjoy every moment of it which would make
your memories remarkable in all sense.
Ultimately, We did have a heated arguments about the cores of Demonetisation on the way before we
reached the stadium to face the finals with Switzerland and we did discuss how it has brought benefits
and challenges both to the Visually Impaired party but we also planned to write some interesting articles
between that planning so it was a nice expressing moment where we were not only talking impressive
issues but we were also wondering how to make it count through our economic customs as quizzers that
did make the impact remarkable and our coach also joined in the discussion before we reached the
stadium for the final match so it was a nice debate and I didn't join it too much and presented final
comments after listening to my mates but it did result that in some parts Demonetisation is a challenge for
visually impaired and for the Elites in our community it's a cake walk by all means, but all the same it
was a great feeling of joy and fun to discuss and have joy together around. .
However, once we won, we were having more chatting stuff with good comedy provided by vice
captain’s husband as well as some of our fans who had decided to accompany us to the airport with great
cheers and celebrations and it was time to leave the place and get ready for future quizzes to perform,
prepare and do well and The emotional moments did play their part as some of fans had tears in eyes,
some were cheering to do well in coming time and others hoped that once again We will come in future to
this lovely place and I felt bit emotional from inside but didn't show it on face so it was cool from my side
and good time in all ways at large.
Once, I had reached Pantnagar, I was feeling that this quiz tournament would had gone more long so I
could have more great moments and It would have been great to enjoy along, But it was time to use
proper duoclats (Technique to travel fast through light technology and staying in two places at a time
through light speed) and go back to the home, which I did to perfection and it brought back the end of
cheers for sometime before the next tournament surfaces once more indee and we the Indian team would
be readying to perform wel and make it count once again at larged...
