Creamy Car Polish H-AC-0018

Novemer™ EC-1 polymer provides an easy to make cream car polish. The polymer provides a smooth, shear-thinning rheology to
enable easy application by the consumer. Novemer™ EC-1 polymer also stabilizes and provides coemulsification. Aquaslip™ 952
carnauba wax and Schercemol™ IDO ester provides shine and solvency.

1. Heat deionized water to 100°F (38°C).

2. Add Tomadol 25-12 surfactant with moderate agitation, mixing until fully
dissolved.
3. Turn off agitation and add silicone Aquaslip™ wax, Schercemol™ ester and
Novemer™ EC-1 polymer.
4. Turn agitation on and mix well for 15-30 minutes.
5. Sift clay into batch with good agitation.
6. Add preservative and mix well.
