We have submitted application for Environmental Clearance to Department of Environment,
Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai on 09/02/2012

Then SEAC Committee has considered our project in its 5 SEAC III meeting held on 25/02/2014.
After detail deliberation SEAC III noted that the we have initiated the construction work without
obtaining the Prior environmental clearance and decided to refer our proposal to Environment
Department, GoM to verify the issue of violation and to take necessary action as per MoEF OM dated

12 December,2012.

Then We have received Show Cause Notice dated 09/04/2014 from Department of Environment,
Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai and we have submitted reply to Show Cause Notice on
05/05/2014.

The personal hearing was extended on 03/12/2014 at Department of Environment, Government of

Maharashtra, Mumbai and as per Directions of Department of Environment, Government of
Maharashtra, Mumbai dated 01/01/2015 Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Mumbai has filled
Criminal Case against us in Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Pune Vide Case No. 1184/2015.

Then our project has been appraised in 32 SEAC III meeting held on 24/08/2015.During meeting
committee had asked to commission STP & submit affidavit in this regard. Then we have submitted
compliance on 19/01/2016.

Then our project has been appraised in 42 SEAC III meeting held on 10/02/2016. During meeting
committee decided to defer our case to SEIAA to obtain separate report from competent authority to
reach their conclusion on STP matter. Then we have submitted compliance on 16/03/2016.

Then our project has been appraised in 103 SEIAA meeting held on 27/06/2016. During meeting
SEIAA decided to refer back the case to SEAC-III for reconsideration as we have commissioned the
STP and now it is in operation.

Then our project has been appraised in 53 SEAC III meeting held on 07/09/2016. During meeting
committee decided to conduct site visit for verification of STP commissioned on site. Then committee
visited our site on 27/09/2016 & they found STP is in operation.

Then our project has been appraised in 56 SEAC III meeting held on 15/10/2016. During meeting
committee decided to recommend the proposal for prior Environmental Clearance.
