Madam,
I, K. Ramesh working as Assistant Executive Engineer in the Designs

wing of this office submit the following few lines.
I am looking after designs of the GNSS Phase I Package I, GNSS Phase I
Package II, CBR Right Canal, Gandikota Tunnel Package No. 31, SH -31 Package,
Li – 06 Package, Nandyal Flood Protection Works, KCC Canal Lift Scheme, TBP
LLC Package, SRBC Package No.26 and Owk Reservoir in addition to the Non
EPC works under control of the Chief Engineer (Projects), Kurnool. The number
of files under my control is nearly 280. There is no sufficient place to keep all the
files at one place.
Hence I request that I may please be permitted to handover the closed
files to the Record Assistant and keep the running files with me.
