Introduction:

Background of the research:

The aspect of business start-up and the development of aspects that relate to it have been at the
forefront of the agenda of research scholars, management scientists, practising managers,
entrepreneurs as well as researchers who seek to have better understanding of the development of
a start-up business and the ways to conduct an effective and comprehensive research on the
given topic (Bryman and Bell, 2000).

As such, the subject matter of prescribing effective and meaningful means for the start up
business to be successful, especially in the case of the establishing educational and grooming
institutions for children which requires specific and additional facilities and features to woo
customers and meet their expectations and aspirations (Coldwell and Herbst, 2004).

As such, this research endeavour would seek to prescribe effective ways to conduct research on
the given topic with specific reference to the establishment of a children nursery at a specific
location.

Research aims and objectives:

The primary aim of the present research would be to identify and specify the ways for effective
and in-depth research on the given subject matter with specific reference to the starting up of a
children nursery.

The following objectives would be sought to be met in the course of the research:

I. To identify research project specifications on the given topic of business start-up for
children nursery.
II. To identify the effective means of collection and collation of information from the
various sources
III. To specify appropriate methods and techniques to be implemented for the desired
research specification that would enable carrying out effective research on the concept of
business start- up.

venture a success.

of their business start up and how can this be prescribed through research and analysis?

Literature review:

Introduction:

Any research needs to be supported and guided by the account of the literary accounts of the
researches and studies that have been undertaken on the subject by prior researchers. The use of
the existing knowledge on the area where the subject matter of the research topic falls need to be
supported by authentic and valid literary support generated from books, articles, journals,
research accounts as well as online sources of data and information for the identification of the
theoretical and conceptual context that defines the theoretical framework of the given topic and
the related subject matter of the same (Emory, 2006).

The significance of literature review in the context of carrying out a dissertation can be related to
the stages of effective and efficient conduction of literature review like the efficiency of
evaluation of the sources of information, conduction of search and identification of the sources
of information, development of the theoretical and conceptual frameworks on the given subject
matter and laying down the literature review on the given topic (Zikmund, 2003).

Providing an appropriate plan and procedures for the agreed research


specification:

The application of the tool of literature review on the given context of the development of
business in the context of a children nursery would enable the researcher to have access to and
examine and assess the earlier and the recent literary account on the given topic and help the
researcher in identifying the aspects that have been covered by prior researchers and the ones

owing to the fact that this would enable the researcher in the identification of the aspects that are

As such, as mentioned in the preceding section of this assignment, the conduction of the
literature review would enable the researcher so far the context of the development of a start up
business in the form of a children nursery is concerned, in the identification of the subject matter,
the research question and the corresponding hypothesis. The conduction of literature review on

nursery:

The research design has been made to develop the idea of the growth of children’s nursery
school for the growth of the business based on the areas and population. Being a researcher, the
concept can be developed with the help of ontology and epistemology. Here the concept of
ontology is to take up the objectivism and subjectivism is concerned to that of the reality of the
nature and here epistemology structure of research on the topic deals with the positivism while
Interpretivism is to accept knowledge. Positivism deals with the concept of realism to fix the
impact from the external and internal factors. But the concept of Interpretivism does not get
impacted with the help of the internal and the external factors. Thus, to develop the concept of
the nursery school for children, the researcher can take the help of the positivism to develop the
school depending upon the effects of the internal and the external factors selecting the place and
the environment to develop the schools. The following proposals are developed based on the
necessities of the children’s school to develop the concept of learning habits within them. The
concept of positivism will help to develop since it will not bring any changes I the concept of
developing the school but will help with the different factors for the importance of developing
the business and the strategies to be maintained for growing it. It will help to understand the real
situation of the environment and the surroundings for developing the school whether it will
develop the learning capabilities of the children. The school develops based on the needs and the

urge of the surrounding people. The research philosophy will help in making the research
approaches to make the researcher overcome the barriers and enhance the research work. The
philosophy of the research work can be further developed on the following topic based on the
inductive and deductive ways. The inductive ways helps to develop the work taking personal
observations and interpretations while the deductive ways of approaching the research work is to
develop on the basis of the statistic tools for making the decisions. The inductive process of the
research will be further developed in two ways like qualitative and quantitative ways. Qualitative
way is to develop the concept with the theoretical data that is collected while the quantitative
method is based on the data and the views of the surveys collected from the surroundings and the
other principles of the schools so that they can develop based on that of hypothesis.

In order to execute the research work completely, the development of the concept can be
developed and the business can be succeeded if the data is protected and that of the responsibility
are all the vital elements for making a better development of the academic research.

If the researcher can develop the concept of the nursery school for the children maintain a
strategy which can develop the business. Before developing the school, there needs to be taken a
survey taking the views from the local authorities and the people locating in the place.
Depending on the needs of the people and environment, the people can develop the concept of
school for the children for the development of the school and knowledge enhancement of the
children. The developer of the business takes the different strategies in order to execute the plans
for the business and they need to take a marketing survey to meet the needs of the present market
strategy on the concept of developing the school. The surveys and the data collected may include
the benefits and the needs of education for the children. Here, the qualitative method can be used
to take the opinions of the people and the government’s permission maintaining the laws and
rules and the views often common people. Motivation is needed in order to execute the plan and
to develop the strategy. While the quantitative data is collected using the surveys and the reviews
and the interviews with the different principles of the schools to execute the development plans
and the strategies of the business and to know the importance of the learning and education for
the children.

The research work is conducted based on the data collection of the views from the same field and
on the basis of the questions that needs to be followed to ensure the business plan and maintain

the marketing factor for the growth. To develop the nursery school for the children, there are
certain requirements and rules to be maintained. Apart from the concept of data collection and
executing the plan, the researcher needs to understand the importance of spreading the business
in order to develop the business for the improvement of the society and to make the children
educated and socialised. The development of the business depends on the co-operation of the
society and the local authorities. The place needs to be identified first to make the setup of the
school depending on the environment and the needs of the people and the society. Data is
collected making the questionnaire and the questions based on the importance of the school in
order to get the views of the public and the local authorities. The qualitative is followed by the
quantitative one in the research work. Opinions and reviews are important for the development
of the business that is counted as the qualitative data. The concept of the positivism is executed
so that the realism is fixed and is not turned over so that the concept can be developed and the
business can be developed for the growth and the development of the children. The school of
nursery can be developed taking the views from other nursery schools and their skills in
developing the facilities and the learning abilities for the children. Being a researcher the
development of the concept is based on the research views of the secondary data collected from
previous surveys and also from the primary data collected taking the interviews and surveys.
